I undertake Digital Transformation for the Electrical Laboratory - Can Tho Power Company www.thinghiemdiencantho.vn from 2020 until now with activities:

• Analyze, research, and standardize the work processes of field electricians, office staff, and customers at Can Tho Power Company in order to apply them to the digital transformation process.

• Design and deploy applications and software systems to manage work and collect data such as customer information, power consumption, GPS location, on-site images, etc... on different platforms (mobile/desktop/website) for monitoring and management within the organization.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve systems to ensure stable operation and further development.

• Advisor for the leadership on work operation to align with the digital transformation.

• Design applications at an affordable price for businesses, shops, and individuals.

• I teach and guide peoples who can't code making application software by themself to resolve their work situation. Example: analyze data from Excel files; making simple app to scan QR-code, Bar-code by mobile phone device; collect information, data from users/customers, ect.

With more than 8 years experiences of working in Can Tho Electric Power Company:

• Do testing electrical equipment 22kV: transformer, circuit breaker, underground cable, load break switch, etc.

• Planning and scheduling work for employees.

• Cost estimating of service for customers.

• Calculating transformer.

• Maintenance and repairing transformer: cleaning, adding isolation oil, etc.

• Management documents.
