I am Tom, and welcome to my personal website where I introduce myself, showcase my skills, and highlight the projects I have worked on throughout my career journey.

I am a .NET Software Engineer with commercial experience designing, developing, and maintaining Web, Mobile, Backend APIs, and Cloud-based applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET MAUI, and Microsoft Azure. I have delivered scalable solutions, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines within agile teams, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building maintainable, high-quality software that delivers real business outcomes.

Besides that, I also have experience in electrical engineering, with a background in power systems, renewable energy, electrical safety, and asset performance across utility and industrial environments. I have strong expertise in HV/LV systems, electrical testing and commissioning, site-based testing, fault investigation, technical reporting, and interpretation of technical drawings, working closely with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable electrical solutions.
